Overview
End-suction centrifugal pumps draw liquid axially into the impeller eye and discharge it radially through a volute casing, typically mounted on a baseplate with a coupled electric motor. Standardised ISO 2858 / EN 733 dimensions make pumps from different makers broadly interchangeable. They are the workhorse for general water transfer, circulation and irrigation duties.
