What does FGR Online supply?
Industrial equipment, systems and components across ten categories, from pumps, valves and tanks to motors, generators, HVAC and refrigeration, material handling, process and packaging machinery, instrumentation, tools and PPE. We work with OEMs and manufacturers to supply equipment that fits your specification.
Is FGR Online the manufacturer?
The equipment we supply is made by OEMs and manufacturers. Each quotation names the manufacturer and country of origin. FGR Online is the registered distributor for Southern Africa for Hong Hui Machinery cryogenic equipment.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices depend on the exact specification, quantity, freight, exchange rates and delivery terms. Every item is quoted against your requirements so the price matches what you will receive.
What warranty and after-sales support do I get?
Warranty coverage and support arrangements depend on the OEM or manufacturer and the product. They are set out in writing in your quotation, including what is covered, for how long and how claims are handled, before you place an order.
Can you deliver to my site or port?
Yes, freight and delivery can be included in your quotation, to your door or to a port. Tell us the delivery address and required date, and the quotation will state the delivery terms, route and lead time.
What documents come with the equipment?
List the documents you need, such as datasheets, material certificates, test records or manuals, in your request. The quotation states which documents the OEM supplies with the equipment.
How do I send drawings or datasheets?
Attach them to the quote form (up to 5 files, 4 MB in total), or send them on WhatsApp to +27 63 076 9938 if they are larger.
Can you supply spare parts for equipment we already have?
Yes, you can request spare parts in the same way as new equipment. Nameplate photos, part numbers and the equipment make and model help us identify the correct parts.
We are a manufacturer. Can FGR Online distribute our products?
