Buying considerations

Material compatibility: Give the chemical name, concentration and temperature so that wetted materials, seals and gaskets can be checked against the medium.
Hazardous areas: If equipment will sit in a classified zone, state the zone and gas group. Ex-rated equipment is a different product, not an option on a standard one.
Pressure equipment rules: In South Africa, pressure equipment falls under the Pressure Equipment Regulations. Confirm the design code and conformity assessment route before you order.
