This notice explains how Formal Grand Resources (Pty) Ltd trading as FGR Online (“FGR Online”) uses personal information sent through this website. It is written with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) in mind.

What we collect

When you use the quote or contact forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery location, the details of your request and any files you attach. We do not ask for identity numbers or payment details on this website.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your request: to prepare a quotation, to ask follow-up questions and to contact you by your preferred method. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

• Form submissions are sent to FGR Online by email through a transactional email service. Attached files are checked and sent with the email; they are not stored on this website.
• If you choose to send a request on WhatsApp, the message is sent by you through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• To answer your request, we may share the technical details of the equipment you need with the relevant OEMs and manufacturers. We share your personal contact details with a manufacturer only if you agree.
