Spare parts for equipment you already run
Request spare and wear parts in the same way as new equipment. The more precisely a part is identified, the faster and more reliably it can be supplied. Any equivalent part offered is identified as an equivalent in the quotation.
What to send with a parts request
- 01A clear photo of the equipment nameplate, showing make, model and serial number.
- 02The part number from the manual or parts list, if you have it.
- 03Photos of the part itself from several angles, with a ruler or tape measure for scale.
- 04Key dimensions: shaft diameters, bore sizes, bolt patterns, thread sizes.
- 05Material, if known, and the operating conditions the part sees.
- 06The quantity needed and the date it is required.
