After-sales
Warranty and after-sales support
Buying equipment is only the start. Warranty and support arrangements for each product are confirmed with the OEM and set out clearly in your quotation.
Confirmed before you order
Warranty coverage, its duration and what it includes are stated in writing in your quotation for each product. Nothing is left to be discovered after delivery.
Backed by the OEM
Warranty terms come from the OEM or manufacturer of the equipment. We set out exactly whose warranty applies and how it is honoured.
One point of contact
If something goes wrong, contact FGR Online. We take the claim up with the manufacturer and keep you informed until it is resolved.
Spare parts and wear parts
Ask for a recommended spares list with your quotation, and request parts for equipment you already run at any time.
Your quotation will state
- Whose warranty applies, and for how long
- What is covered and what is excluded
- How to make a claim and what information is needed
- Installation, commissioning or training, where these are offered for that product
- Recommended spare parts and service intervals from the OEM
Making a warranty claim
Send the equipment model and serial number, your quotation or invoice reference, a description of the fault, and photos or video if you can. WhatsApp is the quickest way to share photos.
Warranty periods, service scope and support arrangements differ between OEMs and products, and are confirmed per quotation.
Have a specification? Send it.
Datasheets, drawings, nameplate photos or a list of part numbers are all useful. Attach them to a quote request, or send them to us on WhatsApp.
