Overview
AODD pumps need no electric motor, can run dry, self-prime and are tolerant of solids, which makes them common for transfer of chemicals, paints, sludges and food products. Selection depends on the wetted materials (body, diaphragms, balls and seats) for chemical compatibility, the connection size and flow, the available air pressure and volume, solids size, and any hazardous-area requirements.
