Overview
Rotary screw compressors trap air between two intermeshing helical rotors and reduce its volume as the rotors turn, delivering a steady flow suited to continuous-duty plant air systems. Oil-injected units are the most common industrial type and are typically packaged with motor, cooler, separator and controller in an acoustic cabinet. They supply air for pneumatic tools, actuators, blowing, conveying and process use.
