Overview
Liquid CO2 tanks hold carbon dioxide as a refrigerated liquid under moderate pressure, with a stainless inner vessel and carbon-steel outer vessel separated by vacuum and insulating powder. They supply breweries, soft-drink plants, food processors and water treatment works via vaporisers. Selection depends on effective volume, working pressure, insulation type and boil-off performance, refrigeration unit options and the applicable pressure vessel code.
