FGR-TPV-002 Tanks and pressure vessels

Compressed air receiver, 1,000 L

A vertical carbon steel pressure vessel that stores compressed air between the compressor and the distribution network.

  • Specification confirmed with the OEM before you order
  • Warranty and support set out in your quotation
  • Freight to your site or port available

Overview

An air receiver buffers compressed air demand, reduces compressor cycling, stabilises system pressure and allows some moisture to drop out before the air enters the network. Receivers are built as certified pressure vessels and fitted with a safety valve, pressure gauge and drain valve. Volume and working pressure are matched to compressor output and plant demand.

Typical applications

  • Compressor system buffer storage
  • Pressure stabilisation for pneumatic tools and lines
  • Condensate separation ahead of dryers
  • Peak air demand supply
