FGR-MHL-012 Material handling and lifting

Gravity roller conveyor

Modular sections of free-turning rollers in a steel frame that let cartons, totes and other flat-bottomed loads be pushed or roll on a slight decline without power.

  • Specification confirmed with the OEM before you order
  • Warranty and support set out in your quotation
  • Freight to your site or port available

Overview

Gravity roller conveyor is a simple, low-cost way to move unit loads between workstations, packing benches and dispatch areas, and sections can be joined, curved or set on a decline. Selection depends on the load's weight and base (at least three rollers should support it), between-frame width, roller diameter, pitch and wall thickness, load capacity per metre, frame material and stand height.

Typical applications

  • Packing and dispatch lines
  • Carton and tote accumulation
  • Workstation-to-workstation transfer
  • Truck loading and unloading runs
