Overview
Keg washer-fillers invert the keg, purge residual beer, wash with hot water and detergent, sanitise (usually with steam or chemical), pressurise with CO2 and then fill. Throughput is set by the number of heads and cycle time; selection also considers keg sizes and fitting types, heating method (electric or steam), and utilities such as compressed air and CO2.
