Overview

Bright beer tanks (BBTs) receive beer after fermentation and filtration or settling, so that it can be chilled, carbonated and held under pressure until it is kegged, bottled or served. Selection is driven by working volume and headspace, rated working pressure for carbonation, cooling-jacket area and zoning, insulation, and the fittings supplied (carbonation stone, sample valve, pressure relief, CIP spray ball).
