Overview
A brewhouse is the hot side of a brewery, typically combining a mash tun, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool in two, three or four vessels. Heating is usually by steam jacket or electric elements, with control ranging from manual panels to PLC automation. Batch size sets the brewery's throughput per brew cycle.
