Overview
Glycol chillers circulate a water-glycol mixture so the coolant can run below 0 °C without freezing, which allows precise temperature control of jacketed fermentation and storage vessels. Sizing depends on the number and volume of tanks, crash-cooling demands, the glycol supply temperature and the site's ambient conditions.
