Overview
Automatic cappers grip each container and spin the cap to a set torque, giving consistent closure tightness that hand capping cannot match. Servo drives make torque and height easier to set for changeovers. Selection depends on cap diameter range, bottle size, speed and whether a cap feeder or sorter is included.
